Richard has 20 years experience in Financial services, having worked for Royal Life, LloydsTSB as a compliance manager and regional trainer, and as an IFA for over 6 years. Richard works in the personal and corporate markets, advising on pensions, protection, investments and savings. In his spare time, Richard writes, performs and records music in his home studio. Richard is married with 2 young children.

Huw has 26 years experience in financial services,having worked for 17 years as a consultant with CIS Ltd and 9 years as an IFA. Prior to financial services Huw taught in Birmingham for 6 years. Huw works in the personal and corporate market advising on pensions, protection, investments, savings, mortgages and equity release. Huw's passion is golf, being captain of Ashburnham Golf Club in 2010. He is married with three grown up sons.

Mario has been in the financial services industry for 12 years, starting with CIS in 1997, before spending 7 years with Royal London as a Financial Consultant and then becoming an IFA in 2004. Mario also works in the personal and corporate markets, advising on pensions, protection, investments and savings. To ensure continued professional development to meet his clients needs Mario has Diploma status. Mario enjoys the occasional game of golf, fair weather permitting and is married with 2 teenage children (hence the graying hair.)
